Have you ever felt like you were at a loss for where to go or what to do with your friends? Have you ever felt like you were missing out on making new friends? Have you ever felt like you wanted to be more inclusive? Have you ever felt like you wanted to create a space that encourages kindness? We know that schools can be a great place to meet new friends, but sometimes kids feel so excluded and lonely. And that's why we created Sit With Us - a social networking app for schools.
Kids can use this app to invite their friends to lunch and to find new friends to be their ambassadors. The app also provides a great opportunity for kids to get to know their school's policies and procedures and to make sure they are following them.
This app was created by a 16-year-old girl who was a victim of severe bullying.
